• DOWNLOADING CONTENT FROM OUR SITE

  You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal, academic and/or research use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.

  You confirm that the Work is your original work, and that you have, or have obtained, all rights, licences, consents, permissions power and/or authority necessary to grant the rights contained in this licence. You also confirm that your Work does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or publicity rights or any other rights of any person. • OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VIRUSES AND YOU MUST NOT INTRODUCE THEM

  We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

• GOVERNING LAWS

  These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
